By accessing or creating an account on Dharul Mavadha Matrimonial (darulmavadha.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is exclusively designed for single Muslims (or their guardians/Walis) seeking matrimony (marriage).

2. Eligibility Criteria

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or legal marriage age in your jurisdiction).
• You must be a practicing Muslim seeking marriage in good faith.
• Profiles created for casual dating, friendship, or non-marital relationships are strictly prohibited and will be terminated immediately without refund.

3. Services & Paid Memberships

Dharul Mavadha offers free profile creation and browsing alongside paid membership plans (Basic, Premium, VIP). Paid plans grant benefits such as unlocking verified Wali/contact details, sending unlimited match requests, and messaging.

4. User Conduct & Verification

Members agree to provide truthful and accurate personal, educational, and professional information. Misrepresentation, impersonation, or harassing behavior towards other members or Walis will result in permanent account suspension.

5. Payments & Processing

All subscription payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Fees are explicitly displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout before confirmation.
