Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Dharul Mavadha Matrimonial offers digital membership plans (Basic ₹399, Premium ₹699, VIP ₹1,200) providing access to premium matchmaking features, verified contact details, and messaging capabilities.

2. Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their active plan at any time through their Account Settings or by reaching out to support. Cancellation will prevent auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund Terms

• Within 48 Hours: If a payment was made by mistake or due to a technical duplicate charge, users can request a full refund within 48 hours of transaction, provided zero contact unlocks or premium messages have been consumed.
• Failed Transactions: If money was debited from your bank account but subscription was not activated due to a gateway failure, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days to your original payment source.
• Non-refundable Cases: Fees are non-refundable once contact details have been unlocked or after 48 hours from the transaction date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, send an email to support@darulmavadha.com with your registered phone number, email address, transaction reference ID, and reason for refund. Valid refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days via Razorpay to the original mode of payment.
